Our policies are simple and clinician-friendly. Below is everything you need to know before you order.
Dispatch & delivery
- In-stock orders ship same or next business day from a U.S. facility.
- Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Packaging
- Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging.
- Sterile components remain individually sealed until you open them.
Returns
- Unopened, sealed items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
- For safety and sterility reasons, opened sterile supplies cannot be returned.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right.
Shipping cost
- Flat-rate shipping applies to most orders.
- Orders over $75 ship free.
