Who may purchase
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement.
You agree to purchase only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the possession and use of the supplies you order.
Intended use
Stanton Medical Supply distributes general medical consumables (such as syringes, alcohol prep pads, and bacteriostatic water). These products are sold for lawful, intended use by the purchaser.

Pricing & availability
Prices, product specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information but do not warrant that all content is error-free.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per order or per customer, and we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Order acceptance
Your submission of an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected items.
Returns & refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. In particular, for safety and sterility reasons, products whose seals have been broken or whose components have been opened or combined may not qualify for refund or replacement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stanton Medical Supply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
